To create a background panel, display the Common Activities for the Framework and choose Create a background panel:
Change the company name if you wish and click Create and choose Create Only.
Wait until the background panel is compiled and snapped in, then execute the Framework to see it:
The backround panel has an image, the company name and a copyright notice.
